General Settings

Server Configuration

Before you do anything.. You must ensure your device has a unique name!  It's better to even put a domain on it!

Use these settings for any device:

• Server: printers.email
• Port: 25
• Encryption: None
• From Email Address: printer@printers.email

It may take 24 hours before your printer can send and you must send a test email which will bounce to ensure we have the correct settings.
(This is still a Manual Process so times on Bank Holiday's and Weekends may affect the 24 hours window.)

The first bounce email will tell us what your printer is called and any variation on it adding.

Xerox like to use XRX(Serial Number) as the unique reference.

If you have a generic printer name, I cannot allow you to use this service as anyone using the generic printer name will be allowed through.
